The knowledge was invaluable and saved me from inheriting problems, some of them potentially dangerous, and the unexpected expense of having to repair them after the sale. He was always open to adjusting to my needs throughout the whole process, and politely and informatively answered my numerous questions before, during, and after the inspections. He performed for me a residential inspection with additional septic, water, radon, and wood-destroying organism testing. He is very professional, reasonably priced, easy to work with, and a pleasure to deal with. He has a lot of related experience that improves the quality of his home inspections.
