About Our Inspector Michael Lisi

Michael started working in the construction field over 40 years ago as a carpenter’s helper and, since then, he's spent time in every aspect of construction, from roofing and siding to inspecting and flipping houses. Michael has maintained his work in home construction and renovation, and it’s safe to say that he's pretty well versed in the safety and functionality of homes.

Michael is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and in compliance with Pennsylvania's Title 68. Though many inspectors in Pennsylvania are members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), InterNACHI is the only home inspector organization accredited by the United States Department of Education, and it always makes continuing education classes available for its members.

Michael is also registered with the Federal Aeronautics Administration as a remote pilot for small unmanned aircraft. Many inspectors are now utilizing drone technology to inspect roofs, and the FAA requires inspectors using this technology to be licensed. In addition, InterNACHI offers continuing education classes for using drones to inspect roofs. This technology is an advantage and provides the customers with a more thorough, more accurate inspection report.
